To support Meatable in the growth of our teams we are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist who feels at home in a fast paced biotech (novel food) environment. Your experience with recruitment for different positions within a biotech or food company will help you to find the perfect candidates for our positions. You will be responsible to lead searches for which you will have to collaborate closely with our hiring leads and People team. You will improve our employer branding to strengthen our own recruitment. Other projects that will be in your portfolio are the recruitment process itself, it can always improve and you can shape it with your experience and personal touch. Another project is the influx of new talent, maybe a traineeship is something we can set up as a company and a project that you can lead? Basically the role is there to strengthen our team to make sure we get the best people to join us in reaching our mission, partnerships with externals and projects you want to take on is all up to you, we trust on your decisions!
