About the Role
During your internship, you will work on HR topics within the People and Culture team of Meatable. You will ‘taste’ the different aspects of HR and you will discover more about what you like and where you can develop yourself more.
- Onboarding (and offboarding)
Assist with the onboarding/offboarding process
- HR administration
Maintain and update personnel data
Contract administration
Keep track of sick leave
Run reports (KPI’s)
Thinking about optimalization of HR processes
- Learning and Development
Plan trainings for colleagues
Answer questions related to L&D
- Payroll administration
Process and approve salary mutations
Next to these tasks, there is of course, also a possibility to conduct a research (in consultation).
