This Human Recourses role is based at our office in Delft where you will become a vital part of our HR team. You will work closely with our operations team, looking after day-to-day front line HR questions and queries. You are going to uphold the structure and balance in the processes to make sure nothing misses your attention. To do so you will be responsible for the HR administration and coordination to support not only the HR team but also the rest of our multidisciplinary team.
You will be the first point of contact for HR activities. You will have the ability to quickly grasp HR business objectives and handle multiple matters simultaneously, as our business is fast paced.
You have a strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude, as well as strong communication skills. You have relevant HR (coordination) experience in an international organization, have good interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. You enjoy working independently and deal effectively with a broad range of personalities and cultures throughout the business.

Core responsibilities will include:
- Manage all HR administration tasks for all our employees (maintain and update personnel data, contract administration, record absence, manage (maternity) leave, holidays, sickness, filing any legal data, visa’s, keeping reports, etc.)
- Liaison with payroll on queries
- Support and assist in optimizing our HR processes in order to create an efficient way of working for the HR department
